KEY SETS - We realize that you may not have an opportunity to use and test a key set in just a few days. We therefore allow returns up to 90 days from date of purchase on all key sets. KEY SETS RETURNED FOR REFUND MUST NOT HAVE BEEN DUPLICATED OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY.
PRINTED MATERIAL - NO REFUNDS on printed material - only exchange for like item if defective.
OTHER ITEMS - All other items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for refund.
